Our client

Our client is a major multinational production company. We are looking for a talented and dynamic Hr Direct Advisor to their HR team.

Tasks

- Administrative support in daily business to HR Service Delivery management team
- Contribute to an overall successful delivery of HR services to customers as part of the HR Service Centre team
- Act as first line support in HR Service Centre
- Respond accurately and timely to incoming errands and register them in ticket handling system
- Update internal knowledge databases
- Guide and point to information on HR self-service portal
- Maintain and update changes of HR information to end users on portal after alignment with LPD
- HR Direct related reporting
- Develop activities and work processes and routines to ensure high efficiency
- Create and maintain records for all employees
- Ensure high quality in master data through appropriate controls
- Deliver pre-defined and ad-hoc reports
- Be driven and pro-active in continuous improvements and standardisation of available reports
- Archiving of personnel files (if necessary)
- Support new HR colleagues
- Test the implications to install support packages
- Update user manuals and guidelines according to local rules and regulations

Requirements

- University or College degree
- General HR knowledge, including basic knowledge within policies and legal requirements as well as service and consulting skills
- Highly skilled in written communication
- Fluency in Hungarian, English and French
- Good skills to prepare PowerPoint presentations
- Organised, thorough and show attention to details
- Strong customer service mindset
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal capabilities
- High personal integrity (integrity and trust)
