Our client

Our client is a globally leading multinational company, with an impressive client base and an existing growth strategy. They are looking for a professional in the position of HR Direct Advisor and Learning&People Development Administrator

Tasks

- Act as first line support in HR Service Centre, i.e. be considered as the prime entrance to all HR matters
- Respond accurately and timely to incoming errands and register them in ticket handling system
- Update internal knowledge databases
- Guide and point to information on HR self-service portal in order to foster a habit of finding the necessary data on the portal
- Create and maintain records for all employees
- Ensure high quality in master data through appropriate controls
- Deliver pre-defined and ad-hoc reports to internal and external respondents
- Be driven and pro-active in continuous improvements and standardisation of available reports
- Contact with Global e-HR team related to international relocations and issue resolution
- Schedule Out of Catalogue Learning Activities
- Maintain and update changes of HR information to end users on portal after alignment with LPD
- Forward errands to appropriate HR Administrator or HR Specialists when necessary
- Responsible for the end-to-end logistics of Out of Catalogue training requests
- Scheduling of training programmes on an ad hoc basis
- Administrate incoming errands within the training and people development area
- Act as second line support in HR Service Centre including tool support to practitioners in the business
- Contribute to an overall successful delivery of HR services to customers as a part of the HR Service Centre team
- Administration of Idioms and Education Background policies
- Administration of training catalogue
- Scheduling of cluster training programmes
- Administration before and after training delivery
- Contribute to an overall successful delivery of HR services to customers as a part of the HR Service Centre team

Requirements

- College/University degree
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience (HR administration, master data, etc.)
- Fluency in English
- General HR knowledge, including basic knowledge within policies and legal requirements
- General knowledge within HR with focus on training and people development
- Experience in administrative tasks
- Education in SAP
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal capabilities
- Organised, thorough and show attention to details
- Solution oriented and a strong customer service focus
