HR Deployment Administrator

 

Introduction

You will take responsibility to support HR Deployment Team in their administrative tasks in order to ensure the smooth running the internal HR processes.

Function

Joining Process

  • Based on the input from the Talent Aquisition Group prepare the employment contract of the newcomers
  • Create the employee number generation files
  • Update the Nexon Payroll System with the newcomers’ information
  • Follow up the necessary documents with the newcomers
  • Apply for tax number for those employees (not Hungarian nationals) who do not have it

Work permit process

  • Request approvals from managers for the work permit extension of the non-EU national associates
  • Inform  and keep in touch with non-EU citizen newcomers about the work permit process and help them through the process
  • Coordinate between the Admin team and Managers related to work permit

Background checks

  • Initiate background check process for the associates based on the project requirements
  • Inform effected employees about the background check process
  • Provide the result of the background check to the project
  • BGC reporting for ISM

Reporting

  • Regularly run reports about overtime and leaves in TCS Hungary and inform the managers. Ensure 100% legal compliance.
  • Adhoc reporting based on need

Other tasks, responsibilities

  • Process invoices
  • Coordinate stationary order for HR team
  • Participate in and provide information, data for audits when needed
  • Other tasks that are related to HR Deployment Administrator position and are assigned by Head, HR Deployment & Payroll – Hungary
  • Participate in trainings and meetings when needed

Requirements

Required:

  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Word and Excel)
  • College or university degree
  • Fluency in English

 Advantages:

  • Basic understanding of Hungarian Labour Code is advantage
  • Experience in similar role
