Our client

Our Client is a Site of a market leader multinational production company (Service Center). On behalf of this company we are looking for a new colleague in HR Coordinator and HR Direct Advisor position.

Tasks

- Administrative support in daily business to HR Service Delivery management team (SC Director, Local Process Drivers and Leader)
- Develop communication material and inform HR Service Delivery customers:
- Update and distribute HR information to managers and employees regarding self service
- Control HRSC internal agenda
- Administer HRSC KPIs visual management
- HR Direct back up
- Maintain HR SC collaboration site
- Contribute to an overall successful delivery of HR services to customers as part of the HR Service Centre team
- Create expenses/purchase orders/ receives in SAP
- Update user manuals and guidelines according to local rules and regulations
- Handle, register HR documents, prepare HR documents for sending to external HR storage
- Support new HR colleagues in e-HR and all master data systems (as super user)
- Archiving of personnel files (if necessary)
- Be driven and pro-active in continuous improvements and standardisation of available reports
- Act as first line support in HR Service Centre, i.e. be considered as the prime entrance to all HR matters
- Respond accurately and timely to incoming errands and register errands in ticket handling system
- Update internal knowledge databases (e.g. FAQ, etc)
- Guide and point to information on HR self-service portal (ORBIS) in order to foster a habit of finding the necessary data on the portal.
- Maintain and update changes of HR information to end users on portal after alignment with LPD
- Forward errands to appropriate HR Administrator or HR Specialists when necessary (second line support)
- Ensure errands are closed within SLA time
- HR Direct related reporting
- Develop activities and work processes and routines to ensure high efficiency and service delivery according to Terms & Conditions and KPI

Requirements

- University or College degree
- Minimum 2 years of working experience as an assistant - preferably in HR area
- Excellent written and verbal English knowledge
- Strong computer skills -Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- SAP knowledge
- Hold strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills, careful attention to detail
- Pleasant, diplomatic manner when interacting with colleagues at all levels
