- Manage and coordinate a team of 10 people - Continuously optimize internal processes - Lead, develope and motivate employees - Supervise, monitor and coordinate the team's daily activities to ensure business continuity - Support the management in decision making and direct communication
- University or college degree - Excellent command of English is a must and one of the following languages: Italian, Spanish, Dutch is a high advantage - Only applicants with Team Leader experience will be considered for this role: 1-2 years of experience as a Team Leader within a multinational company, preferably in outsourced HR services
