Job description
A Case Management SME is an employee who is responsible of handling any CC Tier 2 activity related to his/her field of competence.
A Case Management SME is responsible for timely, accurate and complete end to end ownership and resolution of cases.
A Case Management SME will play the role of a case manager. He/she must manage all processes related to the case updates and resolution as well as having a key role for trending and gap analysis from the cases created.
In case required, also covers CFP (Country Focal Point) activities and provides training/coaching for CSRs.
Knowledge of any of the following European languages is an advantage: French, Spanish, German, Greek, Portuguese, Dutch, Swedish, |

Required
High School Diploma/GED
English: Fluent
Italian: Fluent
Strong technical skills are an advantage.
Strong customer service attitude
Good at task/time management and to follow up on outstanding items
Good computer literacy
Excellent problem solving skills
Preferred
At least 6 months experience in SAP HR Modules/PeopleSoft
Spanish : Fluent
