A major and fast expanding international company, operating all over world is looking for qualified candidates to fill the position of German speaking HR Service Administrator.

The HR Service Administrator has the responsibility for various processes (including employee record changes, master data maintenance, employee correspondence and reporting) within a country or across several countries

The main responsibilities :
- Handling different cross-process transactions including: Employee Data Management, Organization Data Management, Generic Life Event Management, Absence Admin, Exit Admin
- Standard and ad hoc bulk reporting
- To interface between the customer contacting and the customer’s HR Department with any HR or Expense related queries
- Supports the HR Specialist Teams (and EMEA country HR) with the administration of policies
- Updates the HR database with certain employee details/detail changes
- Carries out any additional project work or duties

Követelmények
Required
- High School Diploma/GED
- English: Fluent
- German: Fluent

Preferred
- At least 6 months experience in SAP HR Module/PeopleSoft
- At least 1 year experience in Excel macros
