Our Client is looking to recruit an experienced HR Business Process Analyst to design and implement HR business process changes.


  • Supporting BPO in end-to-end business process design
  • Specifying business roadmap and preparing related business documentation
  • Planning and prioritizing between local and global process changes
  • Consulting HR Services organizations and stakeholders
  • Following up on rolled-out projects to ensure sustainable support and service structure
  • Supporting HR processes governance from system integration point of view
  • Training user community and new functionalities in line with BPO
  • Coordinating local training translation (system and training material)
  • Analysing compliance requirements impacting processes, policies and systems and providing solution to ensure compliance (audit checks)


  • Degree level education in Business Administration
  • Strong HR process knowledge and experience (2-3 years)
  • Solid SAP knowledge - SAP R/3 HR
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Deep understanding of business processes
  • Experience in process design
  • Stakeholder management skills
  • Outstanding communication and problem solving skills
  • Dynamic personality, able to multitask and prioritize in rapidly changing environment
  • Strong customer focus
  • Accurate, able to pay attention to details
