Our Client is a multinational production company. On behalf of them we are looking for an HR Business Partner who will be responsible for the HR activities with focus on development and recruitment.
- Ensure the implementation of HR policies, processes and procedures - Close cooperation with the EMEA HR team (fluent English is necessary) - Continous support of the growing staff and management - Ensure the global HR guidance in alignment with local needs - Coordination of 1 direct report (recruiter)
Main areas of responsibilities will include:
- Recruitment and development - Compensation & Benefit - Performance Management - Employer Relations - Training - Payroll & Admin
- Min. 8 years' of experience in the field of HR preferably in a similar role at a multinational company (not necessarily at production company) - Excellent Communications skills and flexibility - Knowledge of main HR Processes/tools - Problem solving attitude - Fluent English - University Degree
