We are looking for a
HR Business Partner
to the IS IT team


  • yearly headcount and labor cost planning and monthly forecasting
  • HR controlling tasks
  • coordination of recruitment activities for white collar positions
  • coordination of performance management processes for all staff
  • support yearly training plan working out and implementation
  • employee engagement survey preparation, result analysis, participation in action planning and implementation
  • HR KPIs’ tracking and analysis, standard and customized HR reporting 



  • Min 1-3 years professional experience in business based HR, in manufacturing environment
  • College or university degree
  • Advanced English language knowledge, native in Hungarian
  • High level technical and user IT knowledge (Word, Excel, Power Point, Oracle as a high advantages)



  • College or university degree in HR
  • Practice in applying the regulations of the Hungarian labor code



  • Outstanding communication, coordinating and problem solving skills
  • Effective task organization skills
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and accuracy
  • Flexibility in the rapidly changing business needs
  • Comfortable with high volume workload and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong project management and complex problem-solving skills
