The HR business partner (HRBP) is responsible for defining, proposing and implementing the HR strategy and policy in Hungary together with the General Direction and in accordance with the orientation validated by the Corporate HR. The HRBP is partnering the managers to deliver the business strategy and objectives, by working in partnership with business areas in providing an outstanding HR service that is customer focused and drives improved organizational performance. HRBP will be a strategic and active partner in local management team to deliver the business objectives through business focused people initiative and solutions.

- 4+ years of experience in an international company, ideally in a fast paced consultancy environment
- HR experience in minimum 2 fields (recruitment, compensation & benefit, learning&development etc.)
