HR Analyst with French/Italian/German knowledge
Our multinational partner operating on IT field is looking for an HR Operations Analyst to support the continuous expansion of the company’s Business Service Centre in Budapest.
As an HR Analyst you will be responsible for the accurate administration of the hire to retire process as defined in the SLA’s, and company / government policies. Being a part of the company’s HR team you will have to support the sourcing, the recruitment, the trainings and the performance management processes by coordinating and managing the administration. The payroll processing, and the management of the compensation and benefits administration will also be a significant part of your daily tasks. Maintaining the employee master data and assisting in the introduction of new internal policies would also be the HR Operations Analyst’s responsibilities who reports directly to the HR Operations Manager.
The ideal applicant for this position has 1-3 years experience in any HR related positions (payroll, recruiting support, administration) and has business fluency in English and French/Italian/German. Our client is looking for a precise and reliable HR Operations Analyst who has the ability to work independently and capable in handling monotonous tasks as well.
