Our client

Our client is a leading multinational information technology services and solutions company which operates in more than 100 countries worldwide. The company has a Global Services Center in Budapest which supports European clients in a variety of business services. We are searching for candidates into the position of HR Advisor at the Budapest site.


- To act as the first point of contact for inbound HR queries from employees and managers for a specified geography
- To respond to inbound queries via the service management system (ask HR), telephone or e-mail
- Take ownership of each enquiry and strive to achieve a first time resolution
- To manage key HR processes for a specified geography in line with the documented process maps
- To perform ad-hoc projects as required
- To perform routine (weekly/monthly/quarterly) administrative tasks


- College or University degree
- Fluency in English and in French,
- Fluency in German is a big advantage
- At least one year of experience within a SSC (preferable as an HR Analyst or HR Advisor)
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Analytical mindset
