Our client is a successful multinational company who are looking for talents to join their brand new team in Budapest who will be providing HR services to their Latin American operations. Currently we are in search for:
Job Description: - serving as first point of contact for client employees HR related queries via phone and email - providing complex administrative support and problem solving for various Human Resources related processes such as on and off boarding, compensation, benefits and learning - generating reports and status updates - using Excel and company specific softwares on a daily basis - supporting work transition and knowledge transfer in the Budapest office - using Spanish and English as working language
Job Requirements: - Fluent Spanish and English is essential - Experience in HR Service Center environment is a must! - College or university degree - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Computer literacy - High attention to details, ability to follow strict rules and keep short deadlines - Precise, hard-working and team-player attitude
