Our client

Our client is a multinational IT company and opened its Budapest office in January 2007 and a second office in Pécs in 2012 providing business process outsourcing and technical help desk services to its prestigious clients across Europe. We are searching for candidates into the position of HR Advisor at the Budapest site.


HR Processes:
On behalf of the specified geography the HR Analyst will perform routine (weekly/monthly/quarterly) administrative tasks for a number of key HR processes, as follows:
- New Hires: Execute the new hire loading process into the HR system and ensure that required administration is completed to successfully integrate the new employee in the relevant company systems
- Employee lifecycle management: Working within the working instructions, execute any employee changes that require a HR action or involvement, escalate to local country HR any changes that fall outside the recognized control mechanisms
- Reward and benefits: Where required work with global rewards colleagues to manage the administration of any benefit programs ensuring that the correct entitlements are observed, and liaising with the 3rd party benefit provider is required
- Payroll administration


- College or University degree
- At least one year of experience within a previous HR role like HR Specialist or HR Generalist
- General HR knowledge
- Fluency in English and in German
- IT skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Good problem solving skill
- Analytical mind-set


- Be fully involved in the set-up of a HR function from scratch
- Influence the services provided by HR from Hungary and how they are provided
- Gain real international HR experience (Germany, Switzerland, Austria, UK and Hungary)
- Use language skills routinely
- Deal directly with employees and managers to resolve requests for HR support
- Lead key HR projects (e.g. absence management, case work, due diligence for new deals, etc.)
- Lead process improvement initiatives and develop collateral for HR function
- Engage with external suppliers delivering HR services (e.g. payroll providers, benefit providers, etc.)
- Be part of a growing multi-national organisation (23,000 employees, 100 countries, Unisys University, commitment to staff development, etc.)
