HR Administrator (Spanish/French)

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver payroll accurately and on time for Spanish employees
  • Establishing & maintaining payroll records: new hires, leavers, transfers, contractual changes
  • Develop expertise in all payroll processes
  • Maintain knowledge of end to end data management

Requirements:

  • Payroll or other HR administrative/customer service experience is preferred
  • Fresh grads with good numerical skills and ambitions are highly welcome!
  • Fluency in English + Spanish/French is a must (written & oral)
  • Excellent numeric and analytical skills
  • Able to work in a high pressure team environment
  • Be able to meet the tight deadlines
  • Proactive and self-driven personality
