Description of position:    The HR Service Administrator within EDM department has the responsibility for various processes and supports a specific country/ies should be fluent in the relevant language/s

Duties:    Duties:

• Employee Data Management (EDM) and Employee Admin consist of different cross-process transactions including: Employee Data Management, Organization Data Management, Generic Life Event Management, Absence Admin, Exit Admin and Hard/Soft copy Document Management (including Imaging/Fax to Image).

• The HR Service Administrator within EDM department has the responsibility for various processes (including employee record changes, master data maintenance, employee correspondence and reporting) within a country or across several countries.

• The Contact Center Practitioner supports a specific country/ies should be fluent in the relevant language/s.The Contact Center Practitioner is the interface between the customer contacting and the customer's HR Department with any HR or Expense related queries. Due to the nature of multi-client Contact Centre environment the Contact Center Practitioner may provide service on HR/Expense topics for different clients (accounts)

Requirements, skills:    Required

• High School Diploma/GED

• English: Fluent

• German: Fluent


• At least 6 months experience in SAP HR Modules/Peoplesoft

Known languages:    Fluent English and German knowledge
