Langley House Trust has an exciting opportunity for a Housing Officer based in Rochester.The position is on a full time basis (40 hours per week plus on call rota) offering a competitive salary of £19,163 per annum + Benefits
Langley House Trust, a national Christian charity, specialises in providing at-risk marginalized groups (including those leaving prison or psychiatric hospital) with accommodation, support and rehabilitation. Our project in Kent will enable service users to make the transition into the private rental market.
As our Housing Officer, you will produce case records, enabling service users to maintain their tenancy and liaising with partner agencies. Working 40 hours per week, plus on call duties, you will need some flexibility to reflect the project's challenging nature. You will have experience of working with those suffering social isolation, ideally within the Housing Sector.
