Our multinational client is a prestigious telecommunication company with worldwide presence, for which we look for a Hitachi Storage Administrator.
Providing 2nd line support for aspects of the Hitachi related IT infrastructure, systems and related software which will include: - Event detection and Management o Incident investigation and corrective action/resolution - Problem root cause analysis as directed by Problem Management - Change creation, implementation and review - Participation (under Change Management) in the end to end release management cycle - Providing support for requirements analysis, testing, integrating and managing components and models - The role includes interfacing with other Technical Support team(s) and delivery & service managers, directing remote hands to perform activities under controlled conditions - The role holder may be expected to participate in an ‘on call’ rota, supporting the resolution of High Severity Service incidents
- Profound working experience in Hitachi storage administration - 2-3 years of experience in related support activities - ITIL V3 accreditation or pathway - University/College degree in Computer Sciences or relevant experience
