Helpdesk agent 2nd line
- Solve complex IT-related problems that are escalated by the 1st line team
- Advise Windows and CISCO systems and devices
- Follow-up incidents and escalate to 3rd line if needed
- Report to team leader on the problems and advise possible new business processes or developments
- Fluent English knowledge
- Deep knowledge of windows and/or WAN/LAN
- Previous experience as 2nd line agent with CCNA knowledge
