Help Desk Team Leader with French language
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Help Desk Team Leader at our global partner’s Business Service Organization in Budapest.
The Help Desk Team Leader will have to manage a team to achieve high level of customer satisfaction and provide an excellent service for the clients of the company. You will be responsible to monitor your team and individual performance, to analyse the KPI report and motivate your subalterns in order to perform better. You will also be charged to maintain superb cooperation with different divisions of the firm and the clients and customers of the branch.
The successful applicant for the Help Desk Team Leader position has at least on year experience in a similar position which included people management tasks as well. As the team supports France from the Budapest office you need to speak French and English on a fluent level. The ideal candidate is able to motivate a team, fancy to work pro-actively handling difficult queries and capable of working under higher pressure.
