Our customer is one of the biggest ICT companies globally. For their growing team we are looking for a Hebrew speaking Service Desk Analyst.
A Service Desk Analyst will be responsible for handling and documenting all incoming requests or incidents, providing application support (e.g. password reset and user account unlocks) in Hebrew and English, ensuring all relevant information is captured and following up the cases to ensure timely resolution.
- Fluent Hebrew and at least upper-intermediate English language skills - Fresh graduates are also welcome! Customer Service/Service Desk experience is an advantage - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Team player attitude - Problem-solving skills, ability to troubleshoot technical issues - Proactive and dynamic personality
