Hebrew Speaking IT Helpdesk Agent

Responsibilities:
  • Handle and document all incoming emails and phone calls within the contractually agreed timeframes
  • Provide technical assistance to users via phone or email
  • Learn and implement new technologies, tools, processes and policies
  • Document and share best practices and with other colleagues
  • High level of technical problem resolution
Requirements:
  • Fluent Hebrew language knowledge
  • At least intermediate level of English
  • Experience in similar field (Service Desk, IT Support, Customer Support, Call Centre) is an advantage
  • Excellent learning skills and high level of flexibility
  • Excellent knowledge of Windows XP, Microsoft Office and Internet Explorer
