Hebrew speaking Desk Based Contract Manager

Our multinational client is a prestigious telecommunication company with worldwide presence, for which we look for Desk Based Contract Manager to their Budapest-based business services center with excellend Hebrew knowledge.
- To perform tasks that contribute to the development of a proposition or performance of the contract, this may involve regular interface with other Client Management roles.
- Includes elements of responsibility for the financial performance, service delivery, billing, efficiency of change controls, cost control and general activities affecting commercial and service performance of the contract.
- To provide functions such as billing, data collection, risk management, change control management, document management, service ordering, tracking, updating inventories, cost control, debt management and manage financial scorecards, etc.
- To provide improvement plan to optimize contract performance both from commercial and operational point of view.
- College or university degree
- 2-3 years relevant experience of customer service management or delivery, relationship management or project management or any kind of financial role
- Fluent Hebrew and English
- Ability to handle many streams of information and control inputs into a document prior to production
- A broad ability to understand basic customer solutions and to meet customer needs and address their business requirements
- Confident operating up to management levels both internally or externally
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
