College/University Diploma or higher Intermediate English and German knowledge At least 3 years of experience in Telecommunications operation Strong networking expertise in Cisco environment, equivalent to at least CCNA level Good sense of overal IT and business operations Strong communication and organizing skills Systematic view and customer focus Good handling of conflicts and contradictions Strong moderation skills, and decision making ability Good problem-identifier and –solver Professional use of communication and collaboration tools (Outlook, Cisco WebEx, etc.) At least advanced user of MS Excel and PowerPoint, strong knowledge of other Office applications Comprehensive knowledge of TSI tool environment (eTTS, PMA-ISEM, various network management tools, etc.)
