Head of Marketing

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manages and develops the Marketing Department
  • Together with the Research Team, generates the Consumers, Categories & Market Insights
  • Coordinates the Brand Plan build-up
  • Champions a compelling Activity Plan, harmonized with key stake-holders (Commercial team & Platforms)
  • Is in charge for the Marketing Budget build-up and management
  • Accountable for leveraging the HQ Brand Strategy into Creative Development (Digital, ATL, BTL, PR, Sponsorships).
  • Ensures a close business alignment with the HQ and Country Commercial, Financial, HR and Technical Team
  • Develops the Consumer’s Experience for key Touchpoints & Services
  • Helps develop the Strategy for Categories and Coops
  • Manages external partners, agencies
  • Monitors the market development, and the internal accomplishment of the consumers and business objectives. Generates Action Plans to close the gaps.
  • In charge of the Reporting of Consumer Data (both Internal and External) towards Country Manager/  Commercial team and HQ
  • Uses the company Informatics Systems
  • Respects and applies the Internal Regulatory System
  • Win the Consumer’s minds and hearts, demonstrating strong increase of KPIs (Awareness, Funnel, Equity)
  • Achieve Traffic Objectives and help improve Sales Conversion
  • Hit the Business Objectives: Revenue & Profit
  • Build and optimize the Marketing Budget as well as ensure full transparency on budget spend
  • Develops the Marketing Team (technical and managerial skills), the level of team motivation, percentage of turn-over and deploy the Succession Plan

REQUIREMENTS

  • University Degree, preferably in Marketing   
  • Minimum 10 years experience in B2C Marketing
  • Minimum 5 years experience in managerial positions and preferable 3 years in a similar position
  • Experience in Services or Retail represents an advantage
  • Talented in Brand Strategies and Creative Development
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written
  • Impeccable level of Marketing Technical Skills
  • Powerful internal motivation, doubled by positive attitude
  • Good Leadership and Managerial skills
