Guest Service Coordinator
International luxury hotel with premium services and high-class facilities is seeking to recruit an ambitious, determined and highly motivated individual who is seeking to embark on a career in hospitality.
- Presenting the hotel services to guests;
- Monitoring guest satisfaction;
- Making information letters, birthday and welcome letters for our guests;
- Keep in touch our guests via e-mail; handling guest complaints;
- Clarifying credit card cases via e-mail;
- Manage storage; monitoring inventory;
- Report technical problems for the maintenance department;
- High-level of cooperation with other departments.
- Diploma in hotel industry;
- Excellent communication in English and Hungarian, both verbal and written;
- Possess 2-3 years working in Hotel industry, ideally within a 4* or 5* Hotel;
- Have experience with Hotel software systems (e.g. Opera);
- High knowledge of MS Office programs.
