A prestigious opportunity is available for three talented Graduate trainees, two to join the ADM UK Cocoa Division in Liverpool and one to join the Oilseeds Division on an 18 month trainee rotational programme to start in Erith, Kent. The graduates will embark on training programmes that will see them develop their career into a professional role within the UK Cocoa Commercial and Operation teams and the Oilseeds Sales team.
The Cocoa division is a world leader in cocoa and chocolate sourcing, production and innovative development. Producing Cocoa Powders, Cocoa Liquor, Cocoa Butter, and Solid Chocolate Inclusions & Decorations.
The Oilseeds division crushes, refines, and packages oilseeds such as soybeans, cottonseed, sunflower seeds, canola, peanuts, flaxseed and palm into vegetable oils and protein meals for food, feed, energy and other industrial products.
The three Graduates appointed will work in a customer-focused, multicultural, feedback rich, open and informal environment. They will help their respective team (Commercial, Sales or Operations) with both day-to-day duties and longer term initiatives aimed at improving the customer experience (Commercial, Sales) and production efficiencies (Operations).
They will fully support the relevant department heads and the wider teams. There will be a requirement to understand the processing processes of the respective divisions and participate in cross functional project teams and take own project responsibilities. The Graduates recruited will prepare themselves for future career steps, in line with performance and interest, within ADM on a management level.
For the Commercial and Sales Graduates we are seeking a Bachelor or Master's degree in Economics, Business or Agri-business direction. For the Operations Graduate we are seeking a Bachelor or master's degree related to Operations Management, Engineering, or Supply Chain.
These Graduate roles are permanent positions and therefore offer an outstanding opportunity to advance your career with an International business. Although entry-level roles, internship or work experience within a relevant field would benefit your application.
