We have an opportunity for a CA to join our Global Coordination (GC) team, part of the LRT team in the London office. The focus of the team is the global coordination of tax services, working with the International Mobility practice across the globe, including the offshoring of work to service delivery centres (SDCs).
The LRT team consists of 350 Partners and staff. The way we work in the group is innovative and forward thinking, in a paperless and technology-driven environment. Operating as part of a dedicated group serving PwC client facing teams across the UK you will enjoy a rich variety of challenges arising from an unrivalled client base.
About the role
You will be part of a team that reviews and transitions the existing global coordination work across the practice.
• Identify areas of inefficiencies and work closely with the GC and client teams to improve current processes and to implement the standardised global coordination processes. • Manage the PwC network to ensure the global coordination processes are followed. • Implement and support global centralised billing including the management of ITBs and the PwC network. • Support the team to transition work to Service Delivery Centres (SDCs), including the drafting of instruction manuals and templates. • Providing training to SDC team members and supporting the team to oversee the work moved to SDCs, ensuring KPIs are met. • Manage the billing process • Co-ordinate the risk management process • Sharing best practice and knowledge throughout the GC team.
This role would suit individuals who have a high level of organisation, with strong communication skills and who have good attention to detail. Previous experience working with PwC IT systems including Global Office, GFS and DMS is required, as well as a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Powerpoint.
