AS A CMI PO1(Brand) MANAGER

You'll have the opportunity to develop the consumer and market insights program for the brand across the area and develop a deep understanding of the lead market consumer to maximise business growth, by working with the Power of 1 team in the lead market and across the area to turn the insights into commercial programs. This work will cover the complete consumer journey from her/his digital engagement to eventual purchase either on-line or in store.

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensures the consumer/shopper is at the heart of all in market execution decisions made by the business
• Being ultimately responsible for all consumer based research for the PO1 Brand, brand forecasts and brand knowledge within the Area and ensure consistency with global approaches
• Ensures superb creation of all communication developed and used to influence consumers and drive consistency and uniformity wherever applicable to minimize duplication.
• Provides action orientated understanding of the health of the PO1brand that will fundamentally improve the go to market plans in place across the Area
• Reviews business objectives with Powerbrand Director and Trade Marketing Manager to develop, manage and execute research plans to best support innovation / go-to-market strategy
• Develops a comprehensive understanding of the Brand Communication objectives and use research models to evaluate the effectiveness of the Brand communications
• Provides independent in-depth consumer journey insights across the area that will support PO1brand strategy, NPD & EPD projects and BDI rollouts
• Develops and builds strong relationships with Global and Area CMI and analytical teams to leverage and contribute to the insights and learning's and development of CMI best practice.
• Ensures all market dynamics data for the brand across the Area is reliable and actionable and cover all RB and competitor brands; strong focus and involvement in managing the business and NPD pipeline
• Develops and implements best practices for the Brand across the Area, ensuring methodologies and structure is in place to consistently deliver accurate growth models clearly indicating size of opportunity.
