FELADAT
  • Lead change management activities
  • Lead the Change Management process globally for the Account
  • Chair all CAB calls/meetings
  • Support communication efforts
  • Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications
  • Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics
  • Consult, support, coach and train project teams with integrating change management activities into project plan
  • Track and report changes (daily/weekly/monthly)
  • Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
PROFIL
  • Fluent English, German is an advantage
  • College/University degree or comparable vocational education with additional specialist’s training
  • At least 5 years of work experience in a functional field
  • ITIL knowledge
  • A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Problem solving and root cause identification skills
  • Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization
  • Is a team player and enjoys working in international teams
