- Use language skills during worktime - both English and German/French - Provide responsive support by engaging and responding to customer issues presented via different kinds of support channels most likely by telephone or email - Understand the business impact of all customer needs in order to appropriately prioritize the different issues - Work closely with different teams abroad
All of the above need to be taken care of in different fields – logistics, delivery support, IT issues, customer service, database administration, depending on the position itself.
- Fluency in German/French AND at least intermediate English - Excellent communication skills - University degree is advantageous - Customer-focused approach - Strong problem solving skills - Fresh-graduates are absolutely welcome!
