- Provide prompt and polite customer service to the company’s clients
- Professional communication with customers on the phone and via e-mail
- Handle and document all incoming requests or incidents, providing support with a positive attitude (in German and English)
- Provide information to clients and find the best solution to arising problems
- Log case details accurately
- Cooperate with other team members and with colleagues abroad
- Excellent command of German (C1) and at least upper-intermediate English language sills
- Fresh graduates are also welcome!!! Customer Service/Service Desk experience is an advantage
- Strong customer orientation and a desire to handle clients professionally
