Our Client is a major Telco provider. We are looking to recruit customer service minded professionals to their growing business department. The role holder is principally responsible for managing internal and external requests. Sales Support and Bid Specialist will act as point of contact across internal teams and external customers, being responsible for existing customers' contract quoting and ordering requests, and sending price offers.
- To manage existing CDSS internal and external customers' request for pricing and ordering
- To manage implementation of Bids
- Interface with the customer (directly, indirectly and/or via the ordering web portals) to gather the technical requirements and administrative details
- Qualify the change request and handle the request according to the request profile
- Keep Internal tracking tools up-to-date with customer general and technical information
- Follow up order till the end of its life cycle
- Act as a point of contact for Account, Technical Design, Bid Management, Bid Implementation Management and Service Delivery Teams.
- 2 years+ experience in relevant order to cash operations
- Typically Bachelor degree or equivalent
- Experience in Customer Service Management is an advantage
- Fluent English is a must, German language is an advantage
- Good knowledge of MS Office Applications
- Excellent problem solving skills
