- Ensuring processing and booking invoices, travel expenses and petty cash
- Coordinating and supervising the monthly and yearly closures
- Reporting charges regarding the achievement of the team
- Solving the escalated problems, with solution proposals to the supervisor
- Daily contact with the partner and suppliers
- Ensures resource allocation to work in an effective way
- Checking the quality of the work of the team
- Helping the work of the supervisor with his/her work and feedbacks, working independently
- Organizing 1:1 meetings with the team members
- Takes part in the training of new joiners
- Supporting process transfers and recruitment process
- active, strong intermediate level of German AND English
- at least 2 years of financial experience (Purchase to Pay, Accounts Payable)
- college or university degree in economics
- leadership experience is an advantage
