- Ensuring processing and booking invoices/fleet invoices (PO and non PO), travel expenses and petty cash in time
- Coordinating and supervising the month end, quarter end and year end close activities
- Making regular and ad hoc reports for example KPI, status report, lost call reports
- Supporting the work of assistants and specialists, solving the escalated problems, and escalating problems with solution proposals to the supervisor
- Communicate regularly with the partner
- Ensures resource allocation to work in an effective way
- Checking the quality of the work of his/her colleagues, in case of any failure explores the root cause and set up control points
- Checking the performance of his/her team continuously and organizing 1:1 meetings and running PMS, offering opinion about the performance of team members
- Helping in keeping the processes up to date – tracking and documenting all the changes
- Supporting process transfers and recruitment process

- Speak German fluently and English at least at intermediate level
- Have at least 2 years of experience gained in financial field (preferably P2P/AP)
- Team leader experience is an advantage
