Your new role
As an IT Customer Service Specialist you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Keeping daily contact with international clients via phone and email
- Resolving IT related issues by finding the best and easiest solutions for upcoming problems
- Follow up incidents in connection with Microsoft software
- Troubleshooting, resolving and answering support queries or delegating them to a higher level
- Track and document customer calls by using ticketing system
- Communicating with external and internal stakeholders

What you'll need to succeed
In order to successfully apply for this role, you need to have:
- Fluent German and at least intermediate English knowledge
- Customer-oriented approach
- User knowledge of Windows and Microsoft programs
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Proactive attitude, willingness to learn
