Responsibilities:
  • Act as a single point of contact between employees and managers
  • Respond inbound queries via e-mail and phone
  • Deal directly with employees and managers to resolve requests for HR support
  • Engage with external suppliers delivering HR services
  • Manage key HR processes
  • Perform other administrative tasks
Requirements:
  • College or University Degree
  • Fluency in English (written and oral)
  • Fluency in Spanish or Poertugues languages
  • At least 1 year previous experience in HR
  • SSC experience can be an advantage
