German Speaking Frontoffice Customer Service Officer (Debrecen)
- Providing first level support and keeping contact with our clients.
- Continuous communication with our foreign partners via phone and e-mail.
- Solving IT problems in connection with office work (needed trainings are granted).
- Cooperation with other solution teams
- No shifts, working hours during the day
- Supporting the works of the collegues from the parent company, in case of a user-level IT-related problem, in German language
- At least high school degree
- High level German knowledge
- English knowledge is an advantage
- Interested in IT field
- Confident user level MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
- Customer orientation
- Good problem solving skills
- Ability to handle stress
- Team spirit
- Professional experience on similar field is advantage
