Customer Support Technician
Customer Support Technicians provide a professional back and front office service function and technical support for our client’s project in line with the contractual agreements.
- Answering incoming phone calls and e-mails
- Troubleshooting technical issues
- Providing technical support
- Testing new products
- Giving guidance and solving problems
- Communicate effectively with the customers
- Preparing reports and being responsible for administrative tasks
- Fluent in GERMAN
- Conversational English language knowledge
- Experience in technical support
- Advanced level knowledge of MS Office applications
- Good communication skills
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Experience in administration
- Good organizational skills
