Our client is a prestigious multinational company with worldwide presence, for which we look for a German Speaking Customer Service to their Budapest- based business services center.
- Provide a single point of contact for the customer during in-life management of their network, and together with the customer, will ensure the network continues to meet any changing requirements,
- Monitor the status of the problem and ensure that everything is being done to resolve as quickly as possible,
- Develop improvements in customer satisfaction for the long term to deliver business needs.
- Fluent German and fluent English knowledge is a must,
- College or University degree,
- Customer-oriented attitude, commercial sensibility,
- Customer service job experience,
- Motivated, open minded, creative, flexible and dynamic personality with strong drive for efficiency and development,
- Ability to solve problems, organized, methodical, objective, self-starter and proactive.
