Our multinational client is a prestigious telecommunication company with worldwide presence, for which we look for a German Speaking Contract Support Manager to their Budapest-based business services center.
- Support key commercial functions required for Commercial, Business and Contract Management. This includes the management of high volumes customer change request. - Receive and manage high volumes of customer service change requests directly from customers or from sales or contract team: - Qualify and handle the change request - Contact the customers to gather the technical requirements and administrative details - Upon order acceptance by customer, proceed to the ordering of the service in accordance with product processes - Cooperate with the technical support teams when required and gather the respective technical information - Keep contact with sales and bid teams when required
- Fluent English AND German - Relevant work experience (customer service management / delivery, relationship management, project management) - Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel - Ability to handle many streams of information and high volumes of requests in time - A broad ability to understand basic customer solutions and to meet customer needs and address their business requirements
