Day to Day Work

German Speaking Call Reception Centre Agent

Key Responsibilities/Outcomes:

As a CRC agent you will provide telephone service to our customers (based on the languages that you speak) by registering their service request. You are the interface between our Customers and our Service Engineers. You will register the information that you receive from them in our worldwide Call Management System. Depending on the language you speak you might provide also administrative support to the clients by swivelling information from the client's system into the Unisys system. I In addition, you might also carry out short surveys to record how customers rate our services. This is an ideal job for a person who likes working in an international environment, communicates well and does not mind going the extra mile to achieve the desired objective: ‘Customer Satisfaction'.

Key Qualifications:
- Excellent German language skills, verbal and written;
- Good working knowledge of English.
- Experience in a telephone customer service position;
Job Specific Skills:
- Excellent team spirit and resistance to stress;
- Excellent communication skills, experience in working with a PC
- Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, OutlookGood working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook
- A self-motivating and self-learning work approach
