German-/English-speaking Service Desk Agents (f/m)
in order to support us with our projects in the DACH region

The Service Desk Agent position with German/English language knowledge is open at our multinational client's that is opening a brand new Service Centre in Budapest. This is an exciting opportunity for talents who are not afraid of building up an operation from scratch and shape its future.
Be the first point of contact for customers
Analyze the nature of queries and customer problems and provide suitable solutions within satisfactory timescales
Understand and operate the escalation procedures
Meet personal, team productivity and quality targets in line with Service Support Centre
Undertake ad-hoc projects as agreed with the management team on behalf of the Service Support Centre that may
involve site visits, customer meetings or vendor management
Great interest in IT platforms
Extensive working experience in the finance or bank sector
Supportive individual with enthusiastic and open-minded personality
Good communication skills
Team player attitude
Very good English language skills
German language knowledge is of advantage
