Our multinational client is a prestigious telecommunication company with worldwide presence, for which we look for a German speaking Desk Based Account Manager to their Budapest-based business services center.
The role holder is a proactive Account Manager or Specialist, who acts as the desk based point of contact for the customer/partner developing long term customer relationships. He/she is responsible for delivering against personal revenue targets and closing own contracts, as well as engaging with others / specialists to deliver customer requirements as necessary.
- Typically responsible for a small number of medium sized accounts, or in some instances, as the single point of contact for one large client
- Responsible, either as part of an overall account team or where managed singly from the desk, for customer satisfaction to their nominated clients.
- Whilst generally engaged in traditional business opportunities, in some instances (e.g. in a specialist capacity) to use their in depth knowledge to operate on higher value / more complex product / solutions that span across a number of ICT chapters.
- May have responsibility for outbound sales prospecting and opportunities.
- Excellent command of English AND German
- College or university degree, preferably in economics
- 1-3 years experience in a multinational environment
- Good understanding of the full STP Chain / global financial markets / players
- Relevant experience in Desk Based selling, and delivering against a multi channel strategy
