A major and fast expanding international company, operating all over world is looking for qualified candidates to fill the position of German and Italian speaking Customer Assistant.
This role is for employees at the Procurement Centers that perform operative tasks, but not sourcing, and provides a consistent global process that consolidates purchase order processing and procurement support services in centralized locations around the world. Involves consolidating low risk, low value, fast-turn around transactions and advising on supplier contracts to ensure that the company benefits from the best possible value and service from these quality suppliers.
- Higher Degree
- Fluency in English AND German AND Italian languages, written and verbal is a must
- Excellent communication skills
- Adaptability to an ever changing environment
- Accuracy and attention to details because of sensitive Client information
- Highly customer focused
- Computer literate (Internet Explorer, Excel, Word, Acrobat, Power Point)
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to assimilate large amounts of information in a relatively short period of time
