Our prestigious multinational client is looking for:



Main responsibilities:

  • Monitoring the execution of the entire AP process, being the first point of contact and support in escalations;
  • Proactively supporting the month end, year-end closing with AP activities on time;
  • Ensuring that ad hoc reporting needs/requirements are delivered on time;
  • Preparing AP reports and monitoring, based on AP processes;
  • Participating in the migration of business procedures from local plants to the BSC;
  • Preparing cash flow forecast before closing;
  • Preparing and booking of both manual and automatic payments to vendors and employees in multi-country environment;
  • Following up on rejected payments.



  • 1-2 years in the field of Accounts Payable;
  • Experience in a multinational environment;
  • Fluent communication in English and Hungarian and in German knowledge is must!
  • Logical thinker with an eye for detail and an analytical mind;
  • Bachelor degree in Economics – Finance – Accountancy is preferred.
