- Managing the regular monthly closing and tracking closing schedule - Month-end reporting including financial statement review - Managing the posting of general ledger journals - Coordinate the posting to general ledger of mass files produced by external systems e.g. billing, HR, legacy - Supervising the reconciliation of general ledger accounts - Building and developing a high performing team of 3-6 - Taking part in new process migrations from local markets
- Finance or accounting degree - 3+ years experience within General Ledger Accounting plus min 2 years in AP or GL Team leader position is a must - General overview of AP, AR, Fixed Assets and Intercompany processes - Proficient IT skills - Fluency in English is a must (intermediate knowledge of Italian is a huge advantage) - Experience in a multinational environment - Ability to lead a high performing team - ACCA qualification is an advantages - SAP, Hyperion system knowledge is an advantage
