- University or College degree in Economics/Finance/Accounting - Min. 4-5 years relevant experience in a GL manager role in a Shared Service Center - Chartered Accountant certification - Experience in migration or process development - Excellent spoken and written English - US GAAP based accounting experience is an advantage - Proactive personality, problem solving skills - People management skills
