Our Partner has gone through significant growth over the past decade via acquisitions. This process has resulted in a very heterogeneous ERP environment. As a response to these opportunities Company Group Board of Directors has approved a Global Strategic ERP Consolidation Program, called AXPRES. AXPRES, targets to implement Microsoft Dynamics AX2012 globally. This vast effort generates new vacancies for ERP experts within Company’s Shared Services organization.
We are looking for a colleague in the following position:
Functional Specialist, ERP Operations
The major purpose of the role is to ensure ERP functionality, availability, performance and compliance by:
Providing day to day functional support for entities operating in Dynamics AX environment worldwide.
investigating and analyzing upcoming issues and requests coming from the user community and deliver solution in a timely manner as per the Service Level Objectives
acting as “face to the customer” on operational issues
taking responsibility over the issues end-to-end
engaging other support groups required to deliver solution:
· Subject Matter Experts
· Solution architects
· System admins
· 3rd party vendors
working on issues as per business priorities
following ITIL based service delivery processes
on delivering new functionalities take the solution over from the Solution Delivery group to ensure smooth operational support
3-5 years of experience in a comparable role within IT or Business
Functional or technical related work experience with same/similar Business Applications
Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
IT /Business Degree or Equivalent
Prince II Foundation is preferred
Solid understanding of the business processes related to the business application(s) concerned
Understanding of technical environment of the business application(s) concerned
Fluency in English (verbal and written)
Knowledge of basic project management and change management procedures within IT
Customer oriented through striving to understand business needs and through providing with appropriate solutions
